Join us at Oxford City Football Club (National League North)

* Role: First Team Scout
* Region: North West (including Liverpool and Manchester areas)
* Games per week: 1 (may require 1 extra which would be video) 
* Meetings: once every month at the end to reflect on how we have done within and consists of feedback.
* Compensation: volunteer role (does not include travel) but will include club accreditation and match day tickets 

About Oxford City:

We are a club improving daily in every part and enhancing our scouting department is a full determination of ours. This summer we have worked hard to gain numerous high profile signings and want to contribute that throughout the season. We have been together for 2 years and have great communication between all the scouts and the club. Scouts opinion will certainly be included in decision making of signings.

What we are looking for in a scout:

100% commitment through the season. 
Determination to improve as a scout and help improve the club as a whole.
Collaborate in the monthly meetings giving feedback on games attended via zoom or Teams.

We will also invite you to our home games during the season and we will do the occasional face to face meeting where everyone can attend including higher club management.
