Description

London Bees Football Club is currently seeking a Women’s Team Physio to deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes across the First Team and any Reserve Team(s).

Key Accountabilities:
• Deliver pitch-side physio cover for all matches and assist with the delivery of gym or field-based training sessions.
• Provide accurate diagnosis and oversee treatment and rehabilitation of players with appropriate documentation.
• Provide the coaching staff with regular progress reports for all players and update their availability for training and matches.
• Ensure the completion of assessments and that all staff and medical team are compliant with head injury and concussion management standards and protocols.
• Monitor the workload of players to ensure wellness and readiness.
• Maintain player profiles.
• Work with the wider S&C and medical team to provide a holistic approach to training and injury prevention.
• To abide by all club policies including, but not exclusive to, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:
Hold degree level Physiotherapy.
Experience of delivering physio assessments and developing player rehab programmes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.

Preferred:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and match days.
• Professional body registered
• FA IFAiF or EFAiF qualified
• Experience working with female elite athletes
