Description

Reports to: Emerging Talent Centre Manger

Location: SGS College, WISE Campus

Pattern: Monday Evenings + Games Programme every 5 weeks

Hours: Part Time - 2 hours per week until 31st May 2027

BCWFC are seeking ETC Coaches to work within our environment for the 2026/27 Season. The role of our ETC Coaches is to create a positive learning environment where you will support and develop all players within the group to attain the highest levels of performance possible in a safe, secure, and supportive environment. You will work with the Centre Manager to drive and nurture a positive culture within the training group and be a coach who makes the ETC a place where players learn, have fun, and develop a love for the game. Coaches will deliver football 2-hour coaching sessions in line with the FA and BCWFC ETC curriculum to develop players technically and tactically, and ensure the age group’s coaching programme adheres to and exceeds all club standards and FA ETC licence requirements.
