Role: Community Champion – Premier League Inspires
Location: 136 Freshfield Road offices, Brighton but predominantly based in secondary schools across Sussex.
Salary: £14,981.15 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent

What is the role?
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Inspire in the Classroom: Deliver cross-curriculum lessons focused on personal development, mental health, wellbeing, and career aspirations.
• Mentor & Support: Provide targeted 1-1 and small-group mentoring to empower students and manage behavioural challenges.
• Build Safe Spaces: Create inclusive, non-judgmental environments where every student feels supported and heard.
• Stay Connected: Handle day-to-day administration, track pupil progress on our data systems, and work closely with school teams and Foundation colleagues.
