About The Role
Here at West Bromwich Albion we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Academy as Assistant Head of Coaching (9-14).
This is an important leadership role within our Academy, as you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the Academy's coaching programme. Working closely with the Academy Manager, and Head of Coaching you will oversee the delivery of the Academy's coach development strategy and help mentor coaches to help them reach their full potential.
This is a full time role which will includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

Essential Criteria
- UEFA A Licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award
- FA Youth Award
- FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Enhanced FA DBS Check
- Extensive academy experience in the Foundation and Youth Development phase
- Confidential and diplomatic
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Right to Work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
- Premier League Elite Head of Coach Development Post Graduate Diploma or higher degree in Coaching, Coach Development or Leadership
- FA Talent Identification Level 2
- Experience as a Coach Educator
- Experience with Academy curriculum design and delivery
- Full driving license
