WE'RE RECRUITING | ASSISTANT COACH
Wigan Athletic Ladies & Girls are looking to appoint an ambitious assistant Coach to join our First Team coaching staff.
This is a paid role and an opportunity to be part of a club with high standards, clear ambition, and a vision for the future.
We're looking for someone who can:
✅ Support player recruitment.
✅ Demand high standards and hold players accountable.
✅ Understand the women's game and player development.
✅ Work collaboratively within an ambitious coaching team.
A UEFA B Licence is preferred; however, coaches with the right experience in the women's game will be given full consideration.
