We are looking for a club advisor/project manager with a strong passion for grassroots football and a desire to create good football environments in close collaboration with the Zealand football clubs.

As a club advisor and project manager in DBU Zealand, you will have a key role in ensuring a high level of service to our clubs and developing grassroots football through the role of club advisor and as project manager of selected projects.
You will be part of a passionate community with 45 committed colleagues who are passionate about creating good football environments and good experiences for all current and future football players in Zealand - girls, boys, children, young people and adults. As a club advisor AND project manager, you will, among other things, facilitate club development with a focus on the clubs' organization, volunteering and the many activities the club's volunteers and employees carry out daily. You will have a special role in children's football, and will contribute to creating attractive football environments in the local clubs for both girls and boys. At the same time, you will become a central part of the development and implementation of various projects - both at DBU Zealand and across the country.
Your tasks will therefore primarily be to:
- Facilitate club development through close relationships with club management
- Advise the clubs on operations, organization and strategy, among other things
- Advise and follow up on the clubs' children's football environments
- Develop, run and implement projects and activities, and follow up on their impact
- Collaboration with other club advisors, municipal consultants and employees at DBU Zealand and in the rest of the organization.
WE expect you to:
has a relevant education. In addition, we are looking for a profile that knows club life inside out – preferably from a football club – and who is good at building relationships. You have football experience from children's football, are used to facilitating processes and have worked with project management or coordination. You thrive in an environment with changing tasks, maintain an overview when things get tough, and make things happen. Experience from a politically controlled organization is a definite plus.
The position is full-time (37 hours), and a significant portion of the working time will be spent in the clubs in the afternoon and evening hours on weekdays, and weekend work is also expected.
You will generally have assignments in the Greater Copenhagen/North Zealand area, but should also expect to have assignments elsewhere in Zealand.
It is expected that you have a car available, as a large part of the work will take place outside in the clubs. Travel allowance is paid according to the state's current rates.
