Due to unforeseen medical circumstances, our client, competing in Sweden Division 3 is seeking an ambitious and driven Head Coach to join immediately.

The Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the first team, overseeing:

Weekly training programme design and delivery

Match preparation and tactical planning

Player development and performance management

Squad selection and matchday leadership

Collaboration with club management on recruitment and squad planning

Maintaining professional standards and a high-performance culture

This is a hands-on role requiring energy, adaptability, and strong leadership presence.

Essential Requirements

Minimum UEFA B Licence (mandatory)

EU Passport (strict requirement due to registration and employment regulations)

Strong tactical understanding and modern coaching methodology

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
