About
I am an UEFA Advanced licensed coach with a strong academic background and vast experience working in Elite Youth Football. With more than 15 years working at a Youth Elite Level, I am adept at implementing Football Curriculums in line with the highest standards, Elite Coaching Education Programs, Football Methodologies (particularly Tactical Periodization) and Talent Identification Systems. As my job and life experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including good communication and leadership skills, I feel very confident saying that I am very skilful at:
- Developing successfull Football Teams;
- Identifying and developing talented players;
- Designing and Implementing a Traning/Work Culture that is both engaging and empowering;
- Nurturing aspiring football coaches through relevant workshops/masterclasses;
- Developing relationships with people from different backgrounds (I speak 4 languages);
