About Me

My professional coaching and playing career has spanned 4 continents across more than 18 years.  I have worked with senior and youth internationals in both the men’s and women’s game, with clubs in national competitions in Asia, Europe and North America.  I currently hold both the  UEFA A Licence  and  UEFA Elite Youth A Licence  and have experience as a Head Coach, Academy Director, Director of Football and Game Analyst.  I added a  Bachelor’s Degree in Business  to my professional qualifications in order to make myself a more rounded sports professional.

Leading the U16 and U13 Boys team in the EA Sports British Columbia Premier League. Responsible for design and implementation of all technical, tactical and physical development programmes.

Vancouver United FC (CAN)(August 2016 - August 2018)

Responsible for the Academy curriculum and session plans; staff management and coach development.  The Academy grew 38% under my leadership and, I was solely responsible for planning and executing a player development week, coach education conference; and trip to Southampton FC.

I consulted on the search for a new national team manager providing options and research on potential candidates; and developed a model for Grassroots and Youth Development within Montserrat.

Working with U20s Development squad, and U12s academy team.  Providing technical feedback, and exercises for player’s tactical and technical development.  I was also responsible for the Speed, Agility and Quickness programme with the U20s.
