My role at AVA Football Academy further enriched my experience, as I tailored training programs to meet the unique needs of different age groups, ensuring that each player received the appropriate guidance for their development stage.
Transitioning to clubs like Chelsea Foundation and Barnet, I gained invaluable insights into coaching methodologies at higher levels. My experience with Barking FC and Arsenal as an intern allowed me to observe and implement best practices in player development, fostering a strong understanding of the academy structure and its demands.

Understanding these principles allows me to create tailored training programs that enhance performance while minimizing the risk of injury.
