Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Youth and Community team in the role of Youth Engagement Officer, whose primary objectives will be to support, develop and deliver free football sessions for young people across South London within the Premier League Kicks programme, whilst providing additional opportunities for participants from underrepresented groups.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in programme coordination, ideally within youth work or youth sports environments, who can clearly demonstrate their ability to create a positive impact on young people. The successful candidate will also possess experience in managing budgets, leading teams, plus tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of programmes. Additionally, they should have a solid background in the sports charity sectors.

In this role, a key focus will be on providing additional opportunities to underrepresented groups, including:
