U19 Head of Football and 1st Team Head Coach

Total Pro Soccer is offering one experienced and passionate Football Coach a fantastic opportunity to join our coaching team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully executing our coaching, management and recruitment plan for our U17-19 "Player Pathway Programme" and Step 5 1st Team.

We have a fantastic reputation for developing young footballers, with many players progressing into professional academies each year.

The Total Pro Soccer Player Pathway Programme delivers an elite football development programme that replicates a professional football club scholarship environment, within an education setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Continue the growth of the Total Pro Soccer Player Pathway Programme, through excellent delivery and management
- Ensure Total Pro Soccer maintains its player base and actively recruit new players
- Work to the demands of the job in order to meet target and achieve results
- Provide a level of coaching and personal service of the highest quality
- Establish additional community links/partnerships to enhance brand awareness
- Any other relevant duties as defined by the Managing Directors

Essential:

- Willingness to work unsocial hours (including Saturdays)
- UEFA B licence (or working towards)
- Driving licence and own transport
- In date first aid and safeguarding certificate
- Excellent time keeping and organisation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good IT skills to include Social Media, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable:

- UEFA A
- Degree in related subject
- Experience working in a 1st team environment
- Experience working within a professional football academy
