THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for an adaptable and detail-orientated Ticketing and Hospitality Fulfilment Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

Do you have the ability to build strong client relationships and have experience of using ticketing systems at a managerial level? You may be our next Ticketing and Hospitality Fulfilment Manager!

The ideal candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Ticketing and Hospitality Fulfilment Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Collaboration and coordination: Ensure processes are streamlined to enable a quick and easy transition from sales into fulfilled products.

  • Department strategy execution: Collaborate with the department head to execute robust strategies that ensure all offerings within the hospitality and ticketing domain have positive feedback.
