Full-time position - Permanent contract

The following missions will be entrusted to you:

• Continue the development of the LS Academy according to objectives and a schedule defined in agreement with the Club Management;


• Carry out projects related to the running of the LS Academy, particularly in relation to the availability of pitches, the academic support of young people, etc.;


• Manage the entire technical, operational and performance department of the Academy and supervise the staff and heads of the various departments;


• Ensure compliance with the LS training philosophy and its methodological principles, and ensure their application within the Academy;


• Coordinate and plan the objectives and training cycles within the Academy and also supervise the work carried out within the partner clubs and the lower levels of LS training;


• Draw up the squads for the Academy teams in collaboration with the relevant staff and managers;


• Collaborate effectively with the First Team Coach and any other person appointed by the Club Management, working towards the development of the Club and its influence;


• Ensure a good relationship with the ASF and ensure compliance with the criteria set out in the Performance Center / Training Label catalogue;


• Ensure the detection, monitoring and development of talent. Lead discussions leading to contract proposals for the most talented juniors and/or their renewal;


• Plan and organize weekly technical/thematic meetings with staff and heads of the various departments.

Profile sought:

• Required qualification: UEFA Pro Licence, or A Diploma and ASF Instructor;


• Proven experience in the field of elite training, with proven skills in pedagogy and youth development;


• In-depth knowledge of Swiss football and its specificities;


• Fluent in French, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English and/or German is a plus;


• Experience in project management, team management. Ability to bring people together and unite them. Flexible and consensual by nature and open to exchanges and the confrontation of ideas.
