Location: St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton Hours: 20 hours p/w Core hours 1000-1600, flexible on start and finish times if required. Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working Option: Yes (40% home working)What will you be doing?You’ll be working closely with the Supporter Services Manager and be responsible for the supporting the department by assisting with administrative duties and providing the highest quality customer service to all supporters who contact the Club and on match days.You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium, or what we like to call ‘The Heart of Southampton’, in the city centre, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or if you’re a driver there’s free parking!This role is for 20 hours per week which will involve working on match days as and when required by management, and we are flexible on what start and finish times you require during non-match days. There is also the option for flexible home-working a few days a week to ensure you get the balance you need to get the job done.Is this you?If you have previous experience in a customer service role, have a proactive and friendly personality, and excellent IT skills, then you’re the person we’re looking for. You’re great at communicating to everyone and definitely a people person! You like to be organised and have a good eye for detail.
