Role Description:

As a volunteer Sport Psychologist for our First Team, you will work closely with players, coaches, and staff to enhance the team’s mental resilience, focus, and overall psychological well-being. You will contribute to performance optimization and the creation of a positive, supportive culture.

This is an ideal role for a training sports psychologist or a recent graduate looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and high-performing football environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Sports Psychology, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., MSc or BSc).


• Passionate about football and a strong understanding of the psychological demands of elite sport.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build trust and rapport with players and staff.


• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
