uSports is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Specialist Sports Coaches to join our team for our exciting Summer Schools program around Reading and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students from all over the world, deliver high-quality sports coaching, and create a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.

What Do I Need To Join?

• We are looking for experienced Level 2 FA or UEFA (C) & (B) qualified coaches in Football.


• Experience of working with children.


• A valid first aid certificate and safeguarding certificate (we can help you to get these).


• A passion for promoting the benefits of sport and physical activity for children.

About the Role:

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate coaching sessions for your chosen sport (Football)


• Adapt your coaching style to cater to students of various experience levels and nationalities


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and techniques


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where everyone feels welcome and respected


• Maintain a safe and organised learning environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations


• Contribute to the overall success of the summer school program by collaborating with camp staff and other coaches

Pay Structure:

• The rate of pay will be £120 if you complete a full day on camp ( If you deliver half a day on camp the rate will be £60 for the day)

Availability-

• Coaches to have full avaliability in July, with possibilities for more days on camp in June and August.

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time
