JOB TITLE: Soccer Academy Coach

REPORTING LINE: Soccer Academy Manager Scotland

DEPARTMENT: Commercial

LOCATIONS: Ibrox Stadium

CONTRACT: Zero Hour

THE ROLE

The Soccer Academy Coach is responsible for the preparation and delivery of coaching sessions and associated activities for Rangers Soccer Academies. The coach can also be used to deliver projects for the Rangers Charity Foundation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· To deliver a high standard of coaching sessions with clubs from international and domestic groups.
· To deliver at different levels of our tiered Soccer Academies system.
· To deliver Club development and coach education sessions with children to adult groups.
· To liaise in a professional manner with office staff at the Club, fellow coaches, clubs, and parents.
· To perform administration duties to support the programmes.
· To maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during any Club activity.
· To ensure that equipment and apparel is of a satisfactory standard.
· Any other duties deemed appropriate to the role.
