THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Soccer Academy Department as Soccer Academy Co-Ordinator based at Ibrox Stadium.

As the Soccer Academies Co-Ordinator, you will support the department by providing effective and efficient administration, with tasks such as filing, telephone enquiries, standard letter production, logging and responding to written correspondence, stock ordering and post room activities. You will also be responsible for checking and submitting expenses and mileage claim for authorisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the International Soccer Academies Manager and Soccer Academies Manager – Scotland, your duties will include:

· Booking internal/external facilities
· Booking hotels and transportation
· Booking stadium tours
· Booking international flights for full time staff
· Processing Client Bookings (TALENT)
· Creation of Soccer Academies Courses on TALENT - Scotland & Northern Ireland
· Telephone calls inbound/out bound
· Coordinate all camp certificates & gifts
· Processing Expenses
· Coordinate all signed tops for the department
· Process all Zero Hour Staff Timesheets
· Coordinate all staff communication
· Any other duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the International Soccer Academy Manager and Soccer Academies Manager – Scotland.

THE CANDIDATE

The candidate attributes include

Education and Qualifications:

· Proven experience working within a similar administrative role.
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and online booking systems is very desirable.

Personal Attributes:

· Confident Individual with good presence, engaging personality and profile with the ability to be self-composed and patient in all situations.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with very good interpersonal, administration and organisational skills.
