Serve high performance food to our players and staff
This exciting new position within our catering team will work closely with the Executive Performance Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations. This will include ordering, prepping, cooking, storage, cleaning and staff levels control. You will go above and beyond to exceed players expectations with regular innovative ideas and dishes.
Your background
You will have at least 4 years' experience in the same or similar role .This role involves line management of staff members in the catering team, so it is essential the successful candidate has previous experience of supervising and managing a team. There is lots of interacting with players and staff at the training ground, so we are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable.
Please note that this role may require travel with overnight says, so we are looking for someone who has the ability to work irregular and unsociable hours as required.
