THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and resilient Senior PDP Scout at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
THE PERSON
Come and join our team as our Senior PDP Scout to oversee the recruitment and scouting for our U16s to U21s within Burnley FC’s Academy.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and experience of using video scouting platforms. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Senior PDP Scout, you will be expected to:
Build key relationships and contacts to support the identification and recruitment of players (including players, agents and parents).
Use relevant software-based systems (i.e. Wyscout) to aid identification and recruitment process.
