You will be challenged with supporting the Operations team to provide an efficient and thriving service across the organisation; coordinating projects, maintaining systems and working on special events. This role is critical in allowing our successful programmes to flourish.
Job Summary
- Leading on new and existing projects; liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally, managing budgets, writing reports and ensuring smooth running of the projects.
- Managing various partnerships with existing and potential new partners.
- Coordinating a range of systems across the organisation, including the coach management system and a new CRM system.
- Coordinating all bookings, for rooms, facilities and events.
- Supporting on special projects, including various events taking place throughout the year.
- Identifying and maintaining an efficient storage solution for all equipment.
- Identifying the most effective transport solution to meet the needs of all programmes, and coordinating the implementation and scheduling.
- Coordinating the schedule for coaches across the organisation.
- Managing the organisation-wide Community Support Fund.
- Leading on other ad hoc tasks as set by Head of Operations.
Job RequirementsEssential
- Knowledge of effective ways of implementing systems
- Project management experience; successfully led multi-faceted projects from start to finish
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience coordinating special events, including logistics, budgeting and stakeholder communication
- Experience of managing partnerships
- Strong organisational skills

- Proven ability to lead by example
