Senior Commercial Marketing Manager

Our move to our brand-new stadium on the site of Bramley-Moore Dock demonstrates our ambition and will be a gamechanger for the Club commercially. Our new home will provide our loyal and ever-growing fan base, as well as visitors to the City region, an array of new and improved matchday and non-matchday experiences.

To ensure we maximise the commercial opportunities associated with the new stadium and deliver a best-in-class experience to all visitors, we are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to support us on this journey. This senior role will oversee the crucial campaigns associated with our remaining time at Goodison Park and the migration to the new Everton Stadium and play a key role in one of the most significant chapters of the Club’s history.

About the opportunity:

As Senior Commercial Marketing Manager you will work closely with our Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies across a range of Club products, (namely Season Tickets, General Admission Sales, Seasonal Hospitality, Matchday Hospitality, Memberships and Stadium Tours) to drive customer acquisition, retention and increased revenues.

You will have the opportunity to support the realisation of new matchday and non-matchday stadium products expected to drive substantial revenues and increased attendances, bringing them to market, whilst exceeding targets for the department and working within agreed levels of operating costs and budget parameters.

This role will require strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to working, as you will be working closely with a variety of senior internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, Hospitality and Ticketing to deliver strong growth across a variety of areas and achieve key business goals.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a proven senior marketing professional with solid experience, who is hardworking, target driven and is a strategic thinker. You will have exceptional leadership skills with an ability to influence positive action and results across a talented team of people.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Insight, CRM, Brand and the broader resources within the Marketing department to ensure full functionality of the department’s capabilities are realised in respect of every campaign.

You will be confident in setting measurable targets and agile enough to adapt comprehensive plans when required to react ensuring strong results are consistently delivered.
