Role: Retail Supervisor (Churchill Square)
Hours: 40 hours per week to include evening and weekends. To be worked in accordance with the retail rota.
Location: Our shop based in Churchill Square in Brighton.
Contract Type: Permanent

Support the smooth operation at our Churchill Square store
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support the Stores Manager in the day-to-day running of our city centre store. You will play a key role in allocating team responsibilities, assisting with visual merchandising, and ensuring store standards are consistently met through regular floor walks. You will become an expert on all things Nike & BHAFC ranges to be able to share your knowledge with the team to enhance the customer experience.
Your retail background
You will be a natural leader, rallying the team with energy and passion to deliver top-tier results. You will have excellent customer service skills, to be able to create unforgettable experiences for fans. You will be confident using retail systems, with strong analytical skills and acute attention to detail.
