Help us provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors

You will join our fantastic team to assist in the day-to-day operations of reception, from greeting staff and visitors to the administration of weekly event schedules. This role is primarily based across both reception areas at our Training Ground in Lancing, and you will also be required to support with cover in our Wellness Centre.

Please be advised our reception operation runs between 08:00am and 20:00pm and you will be scheduled onto our reception rota as required.

Your background

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to a good level. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for ensuring they deliver a high quality of work at both individual and team level. As this role will be the first point of contact for everyone arriving at the training ground, we require someone who is friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
