What does the role involve?You will be a welcoming point of contact at the training ground for all visitors and guests and administer sign-in procedures as appropriate. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the reception and wellbeing centre to ensure that it is available and ready for use as required. As part of this role you will also be required to administer booking and other usage recording systems.
Your backgroundWe are looking for someone with experience of working as a receptionist or wellness centre assistant and working in a customer service environment. You will have a friendly and professional telephone manner as well as excellent written communication skills.
