Location: Remote with frequent travel England
Contract: Full time - Fixed Term Contract until July 2026 (extension subject to further funding)
This is an exciting time to join PGMOL, and we are looking for a Programme Coordinator (EDI) to work with our various targeted programmes aimed at addressing historic underrepresentation of Match Officials and workforce in the professional game. This role is essential in ensuring that Match Officials in the targeted CORE X programme have a suitable provision of support aligned to their development. In collaboration with our elite-level Performance Support team and technical Coaches, you will co-ordinate the development of a safe space to support and nurture Match Officials from historically underrepresented ethnic communities to further our commitment to make refereeing in the professional game more diverse.

• You have professional or lived experience and are an ally of working with, and overcoming the challenges faced by any historically underrepresented community within society.
• You have experience of creating, delivering and/ or administering programmes, with a particular focus on creating environments that foster excellence in application and a sense of belonging.
• Managing event logistics of digital and in-person events including but not limited to, venue bookings, online registrations, booking speakers and managing the logistics & technology.
What you can expect to be involved in
• Creating and developing a community of Referees who are historically underrepresented in refereeing who aspire to progress their refereeing careers.
• Working collaboratively with The FA and PGMOL teams to develop a curriculum of CPD and performance support aimed at unlocking the potential of each Referee in the CORE X programme.
• Supporting Referees in both a personal and professional capacity, ensuring that their individual needs are met.
• Fostering a safe and inclusive environment for Referees from historically underrepresented ethnic communities to learn and grow together.
