The Production Coordinator will provide logistical coordination to the production team across all our live and video content platforms. They will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in identifying and sourcing appropriate resource and location requirements for all areas of the production process working with stakeholders across the business.
Responsible for preparing, managing, and monitoring production budgets and cost reporting, always assessing the financial viability of content ideas and production requirements.
Your Impact
- Co-ordinate and support the delivery of a range of productions on time within a production team
- Working with production teams, contractors and key business/finance departments to prepare, manage, set and monitor specific production resources and budgets
- To organize and plan schedules managing resources and conflicting demands to meet deadlines – engaging stakeholders and pulling together budget costs and tracking them.
- Identify and source appropriate resource and location requirements, preparing and managing production plans and documentation requirements.

What we are looking forEssential
- Demonstrable experience of working in a broadcast production environment, across all areas of the production process.
- Effective planning skills and ability to concentrate on several areas of work at any one time, with the ability to manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
- Awareness of financial responsibility, budget management and cost reporting.
- You will be a strong communicator and hold good attention to detail when working at pace and under pressure.
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and external agencies.
- Strong IT skills - particularly pertaining to the booking of transport & travel and using internal finance data bases and systems.
Desirable
- Production experience in a live broadcast environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety working practices and procedures, collating RAMS documentation for filming requirements.
