THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and streamlined Pre-Academy Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will hold a UEFA C Licence with prior experience of working within a professional football Academy. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Pre-Academy Coach, you will be expected to:

• Develop challenging and detailed sessions for children in the U7-U8’s age groups.
• Document each session plan prior to delivery of the coaching session, highlighting individual and team learning using sports session planner.
• Evaluate all matches, documenting the achievement of learning objectives or action plan for the next coaching session/match day.
