Identify, recommend and monitor potential goalkeeping recruitment targetsYou will contribute to player auditing procedures implanted by the club and produce player reports. You will work alongside our recruitment analysts, directing them to analyse players within their allocated area. You will have the ability to ulitise subjective and objective scouting data to player ID. This role will involve managing a pool of scouts therefore, candidates must have experience of managing and motivating a team and ensuring that they provide player reports in a timely fashion.
This full–ime role, which includes regular weekend working and some evenings and will involve extensive travel throughout the UK and overseas.
Your backgroundIdeally, the successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the footballing industry and rules and regulations governing players and recruitment. You will have proven ability to foster productive and collaborative working relationships from touchline to boardroom.
