Description
The Academy Player Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing both strategic and operational, day to day, player care across the Academy. They will have accountability for overseeing the planning of an innovative player care programme across all developmental phases and will be responsible for ensuring that the Academy complies with all Youth Development Rules and the Elite Player Performance Plan. The role is a key and important source of support for all Academy Players and Parents.
We are seeking an experienced Academy Player Care Manager who will be responsible for overseeing both strategic and operational, day to day, player care across the our Category 1 Academy. The role is a key and important source of support for all Academy Players and Parents and is instrumental in embedding and developing the Academy Life Plan.
