Location: Copper Box Arena, Stratford (with Final at O2 Arena)
Schedule: Monday evenings, 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM (11-week season)

Job Overview: We are looking for two experienced Physiotherapists to join our team for the Baller League – a high-energy 6-a-side football league broadcast live on Sky every Monday evening. The role involves providing on-site physiotherapy services to players during matches, with a focus on injury prevention, treatment, and recovery support. The season runs for 11 weeks at the Copper Box Arena in Stratford, culminating in the final at the O2 Arena.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate physiotherapy support to players during matches and at halftime.
Assess, diagnose, and treat on-the-spot injuries such as strains, sprains, and soft tissue issues.
Manage pre-match warm-up exercises and ensure players are physically prepared for games.
Assist with injury prevention strategies and offer advice on recovery methods.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of players throughout the event.
Maintain a professional, calm, and supportive environment for players and staff.
Work in coordination with other medical professionals and event staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Physiotherapist with experience in sports injuries (football experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and treatment techniques.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working in sports teams or events is highly desirable.
A passion for football and sports.

The Baller League is an exciting and fast-paced competition, streamed live on Sky Sports every Monday. The season is 11 weeks long, with matches held at Copper Box Arena in Stratford. The final will take place at the O2 Arena.
