Location – Stamford Bridge
Hours – Permanent – 37.5 hours

What We’re Looking For:
Chelsea FC are looking for their next Partnership Executive within the Partnerships/Sponsorship team. This role would be supporting the partnership team in their overall objective of delivering world class servicing and strategic partner management.

Primary role is to support the Senior Partnership Manager on management of Principal Club Partners. There will also be requirement to support the wider Partnership Management team across global and regional partnerships.
Management of rights and activation trackers across designated Club partners and regular updates to Senior Partnership Managers.
Partnership Executive must develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally across departments at Chelsea FC and with day to day external partner contacts.
Grow trust and confidence within the Partner`s organisation by understanding the Partners` industry category and their business, marketing, and sponsorship objectives
Support in ensuring all contractual rights are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Specific ownership across branding assets including LED, big screen and matchday programme ads. This includes ensuring deadlines are communicated and met, internal teams have the correct assets and final assets are in line with use of Chelsea IP rules.
Supporting the team on development and delivery of effective partner campaigns using Chelsea assets and IP. This includes a proactive approach to campaign ideas, delivery of campaign assets in the correct specs, working to deadlines with the marketing team and capturing and reporting campaigns once live.
Support senior team members with the development of best in class partner case studies.
Coordinate and create season-long reports and activation debriefs on behalf of partners. Including managing the creative process and supply of data.
Managing UK based contracted legend appearances for relevant partners. Work closely with the player liaison manager to book the appearance, ensuring the correct kit is available, working on a legend brief and accompanying legends on UK based events.
Management and delivery of partner activations at Stamford Bridge, from match day brand activations to stadium tours and client visits. This also includes overseeing the management of the annual partner pitch events at the end of the season.
Organisation of departmental events such as team meetings, sponsorship breakfasts and internal networking occasions.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within the sponsorship/sports marketing industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is essential.
Good organisational and time management skills
A proven team player with a positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Experience of managing events and working with multi-stakeholder relationships
Have a real passion for sport with a solid understanding of football
Flexibility (requirement to work some weekends / evenings to attend matches and events)
