Coventry City Academy is looking to continue to develop its recruitment network with the appointment of a number of regional scouts, focused on identifying players in theMidlands area.

The role will include attending grassroots, district and schools football fixtures on a weekly basis, developing a working knowledge of local teams and leagues.

Working closely with the Academy’s Head of Recruitment, the successful applicant will receive staff development towards identifying players suitable for enhancing the currently squads within the Academy programme, with a primary focus being in the U9-U15 age groups.

This position is a part time, paid position that requires working evening and weekend hours, as well as being able to attend Coventry City Academy training sessions periodically throughout the season.
