Position: Part-Time Physiotherapist Location: Al-Jazira, UAE

Reports To: Academy Head Physiotherapist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Physiotherapist to join Al-Jazira FC academy medical department. The ideal candidate must be a qualified physiotherapist with a valid DHA or HAAD license and should be residing in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute their expertise, improve patient outcomes, and work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective physiotherapy interventions, exercises, and manual therapy techniques to improve players' mobility, strength, and overall function.


2. Monitor players' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.


3. Educate players on injury prevention, home exercises, and post-treatment care to promote long-term well-being.


4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date player records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.


5. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, ensuring player confidentiality and privacy.


6. Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology to enhance treatment outcomes.


7. Covering matchdays at weekend or midweek

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.


2. A valid DHA or HAAD license is mandatory for this position.


3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in physiotherapy practice, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.


4. Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or sports physiotherapy.


5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.


6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


7. Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying informed about best practices in the field.
