Sponsoring department is looking for two Interns in “Offer Marketing & Business Intelligence” starting December 16, for a period of 6 months to work at AS Monaco FC.
MISSIONS
Marketing the offer:
- Contribution to the enrichment and promotion of sponsorship offers
- Participation in the design of partnership offers based on market trends, brand challenges and briefs from sales teams
- Development of marketing presentations (storytelling, content, creative axes, etc.) for sponsorship prospects, in collaboration with internal and external creative teams (designers, agencies, etc.)
- Creation of sales arguments throughout negotiations to support sales teams
- Benchmark of activations carried out by partners of other rights holders to propose innovative ideas for the club.
Business Intelligence :
- Identify key trends (markets, sectors, companies) using monitoring and data analysis tools (YouGov, GWI, Nielsen, GlobalData, Blinkfire)
- Present analyses to the commercial department on the sports and sponsorship industry, with the aim of improving commercial prospecting strategies
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to measure the ROI of our partnerships
- Create decision-making performance tools (database management, sector benchmark, economic benchmark, etc.)
- Develop BI architecture and dashboards to improve performance monitoring and visualization.
SKILLS
- Bac +4 minimum in commerce or marketing;
- Good understanding and strong interest in sports business and its players (clubs, brands, rights holders, etc.);
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret and present data in a clear and relevant manner;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests simultaneously, with a good sense of priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal);
- Complete mastery of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as YouGov, GWI, GlobalData or Blinkfire would be an added value;
- Perfect command of French and English (written and oral).
