Lead in the design, development and delivery of strength and power performance training programmes

You will work closely with our Physical Performance Manager and Technical Coaches to optimise training procedures and individualise training sessions, allowing innovative delivery of strength and conditioning service.  You will analyse performance data and assist with the re-conditioning of injured players and return to play protocols.  You will also develop physical performance support for players on loan and lead in producing athlete profiling database and assessment protocols during screening and medical signings.

 

About you

You will have extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning interventions and how these effect individual player and team performance.  You will have high capabilities in applying strength and conditioning theories and methodology in a high-performance and elite environment.  You will have experience of planning and implementing individual player and team performance testing assessments.  You must have an undergraduate degree in Sports Science, or similar and demonstrable experience in using different performance monitoring systems.
