We take our customer service seriously and our fans are at the heart of everything we do.  You never know what a matchday might throw at you, so you will need to have the ability to work well under pressure.

Don't worry if you don't have the experience or qualifications

Full training is provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older. This is a customer facing role so you will need to be able to deliver and maintain high levels of enthusiasm and customer service throughout your shift.
