Leyton Orient Trust is a pioneering charity aiming to improve the health, wellbeing, educational attainment and employability skills of the local community.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to coordinate a new project and team, as well as work alongside our current study programme team and learners.
You will provide young people with coaching to enable them to understand how to adopt self-care, resilience and positive growth mind-set, who may be struggling with their current mental health and wellbeing. Then assist with providing opportunities to explore different career pathways, enabling them to choose a path, action plan and execute the plan, to apply and then remain on their chosen pathway.
All candidates will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS police check.
