We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Foundation Phase Coach to play a pivotal role in nurturing the future of Saudi Arabian football. As a leading club in the region, we are committed to building a legacy of excellence, and our academy is the cornerstone of this vision. In this role, you will be the architect of dreams, responsible for:

 

Shaping Young Talent:

• Implementing and overseeing the complete football development journey for our foundation phase players, encompassing the club's established Model of Training, Model of Game, and Model of Education.


• Designing and delivering engaging and age-appropriate training sessions that foster technical skills, tactical awareness, and a love for the beautiful game.


• Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated coaches, creating a collaborative and inspiring learning environment.

Building a Winning Mentality:

• Overseeing all aspects of Academy team matches, from pre-match preparation and tactical analysis to in-game management and post-match debriefs.


• Developing and implementing innovative match plans that reflect the club's playing philosophy and prepare players for future success.


• Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance to individual players and the team as a whole.

Driving Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborating closely with the Academy Technical Director and fellow coaches to refine and enhance the club's academy curriculum and methodologies.


• Analysing data on player and team performance to identify areas for improvement and track progress.


• Staying abreast of the latest coaching techniques and trends, actively seeking professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• UEFA A License or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in youth development.


• 5+ years of experience coaching within a professional football academy setting, with a deep understanding of foundation phase development principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young players.


• A passion for football and a commitment to fostering a positive and growth-oriented learning environment.
