Your Impactful Role:
As a Development Football Coach, you will:
- Engage with Various Programs: Contribute to football sessions for primary school ages, toddler football classes, football camps, football team training (u6-u15s), and multi-sport camps.
- Facilitate Super Fun Sessions:Bring enthusiasm and creativity to make our sessions super fun and exciting for the children.
- Build Relationships:Develop strong bonds with both the children and their parents, as well as the schools you work in.
- Maximize Development:Implement our weekly session plans adapting them to your groups, maximize the children's abilities, and report back to our management and admin team after each day.
Your Ideal Schedule:
Part-Time: 14.5-18 sessions per week Monday-Saturday, plus half term and school holiday coaching:
POSITION 1 - 18 sessions per week
- 20-4.20pm and 6-8pm (3 sessions)
- Tuesday 4-5pm and 6-8pm (3 sessions)
- Wednesday 3.15-4.15pm and 6-8pm (3 sessions)
- Thursday 3.15-4.15pm, 6-8pm (3 sessions)
- Friday: 2.45-3.45pm, 5-6pm (2 sessions)
- Saturdays: 8.30am-12.30pm (4 sessions)
- School holidays and half term 30-35hrs per week paid at an hourly rate
Potential for more sessions to be added in September during the dayPOSITION 2 - 14.5 sessions per week
- Monday: 12.30-1.30pm, 2-3pm, and 3.20-4.20pm (3 sessions)
- Tuesday: 3.15-4.15pm (1 session)
- Wednesday: 3.20-4.20pm and 5.30-6.30pm (2 sessions)
- Thursday: 3.15-4.15pm, 6-7pm (2 sessions)
- Friday: 10-11.30am, 3.15-4.15pm, and 6-7pm (3.5 sessions)
- Saturdays: 9am-12pm (3 sessions)
- School holidays and half term: 30-35hrs per week paid at an hourly rate
