Job Description:

Roll With It Football Coaching are currently looking for enthusiastic, impressionable, honest sports coaches with a can do attitude to join our experienced team based in Ashtead, Surrey, to deliver & support the high quality of delivery across the roll with it football coaching programme.

Roll With It Football Coaching was established in 2021. We focus on private individual and small group technical sessions for boys & girls of all ages with elite football training to improve all aspects of the players game as well as offering other bespoke services.

Role & Responsibilities:

To Lead on our various football sessions which include:

- Football after school clubs

- Player development small group sessions

- Private 1:1 football training

- Weekend grassroots partner club sessions

This part time position is perfect for coaches wishing to develop their pathway and take on new responsibilities and team projects, to allow them to thrive & progress within our environment.

Main responsibilities will be to plan, deliver high quality provision in the roll with it football coaching philosophy whilst in a fun, safe environment.

Sessions take place & delivered all week monday - saturday (PM)

Your direct line of report will be to the Company founder & head coach

Qualifications:

DBS certificate (In date)

Level 1 in coaching football

Level 2 or above in coaching football – desirable

First aid certificate (in date)

Safeguarding certificate (In date)

2 years coaching experience – desirable

Any multi sport or other football qualifications
