SHREWSBURY Town Football Club has an exciting opportunity to work within our first team set-up.

The Lead First Team Performance Analyst will lead and oversee all football analysis content across our men's first team, primarily covering opposition pre-match analysis, post-match analysis and matchday responsibilities.

Based at our Sundorne Castle Training Ground site and the Croud Meadow, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate an extensive technical and tactical understanding that can support the effective delivery of performance analysis.

Experience of delivering performance analysis support within a professional football club is essential, and you must be highly proficient in the use of Hudl Sportscode, studio/telestration tools and data platforms such as Wyscout and Statsbomb.

You will be required to understand and adhere to personal responsibilities under the club's safeguarding policy, procedures and externally-issued guidelines.
