Role: Lead Coach (Premier League Kicks)
Location: Based at various locations across Sussex (dependent on home address and flexibility to travel). You may be required to attend the Foundation’s Freshfield Road offices.
Salary: £23,593 - £25,750 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (to include some evening work)

Premier League Kicks harnesses the power of sport to inspire young people to be their best selves. As a Lead Coach, you won’t just lead sessions, you’ll be a role model, mentor, and motivator, helping young people unlock their potential both on and off the pitch.

Is this the role for you?
To be in the game, you’ll need to hold a UEFA C Licence along with up-to-date FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding certificates as a minimum. You’ll also bring hands-on experience from the football world and a proven track record of working with young people, particularly those who may be vulnerable or face challenging circumstances.
