Currently, we operate out of 6 venues across the Northwest, working with over 200 athletes every week. Our athletes range from grassroots to professionals, with us working on a 1:1 basis providing a holistic and athlete-centric experience.

We offer 4 core services tailored to develop athletes at different stages of their journey. Our coaches undergo detailed onboarding and continual training to ensure every athlete reaches their peak

Vacancy Description

As a Calculated Performance coach, you will be passionate and determined to help players reach their potential. Utilising our coaching models, CP Way, and Session Framework, you will work with athletes from beginners to the elite level, providing each client with customised training to drive their development. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to contribute to and advance our broader programs, helping the company grow and move forward.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a child safeguarding certificate and a DBS check.

Is training provided?

The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process during which they will learn about Calculated Performance's philosophies, structures, and systems. This will involve on-pitch training and workshops. In addition, our coaches all receive our comprehensive Learning Journey, and access to our Internal Staff Portal (CoachingHub), which provides session plans, extra learning resources, and HR tools.
