Your day-to-day 

• Assisting with the implementation of network changes required to support existing operations and future growth.


• Supporting with the implementation of security measures for all club systems at the network level.


• Monitoring the firewalls and remote access logs for security issues.


• Managing and upgrading the LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.


• Monitoring the LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi estate, including performance and availability monitoring of cloud-based services.


• Performing operations, maintenance, and issue resolution to mitigate risks.


• Writing and maintaining network documentation.


• Conducting performance testing, network testing, and disaster recovery testing on new and existing systems, this includes both LAN and WAN circuits.


• Providing second-line support for issues and requests.


• Configuring and setting up new devices.


• Effectively communicating complex technical information to both business and IT stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• A relevant degree (or equivalent), preferably in Computer Science.


• Cisco certification.


• Microsoft certification (Desirable).


• Experience in network support and operation.


• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.


• Understanding of network design using Cisco technologies.


• Experience in LAN/Wi-Fi management and testing.


• Understanding of core WAN technologies.


• Experience in the installation of new devices.


• Ability to configure and maintain monitoring platforms.


• Able to build dashboards and reports to show quality metrics aligned to business service level.


• Strong focus on quality and delivering optimal service.


• Ability to offer innovative and pragmatic solutions.
