Description

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Teach and educate players on the rules, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to create individualized training plans
- Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Prepare game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Monitor player progress and make necessary adjustments to training programs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a football coach or player is preferred
- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Patience and understanding when working with athletes of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to effectively plan practices and manage team schedules
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
