Contract: Part-time – 18 month fixed-term contract

We’re looking for a strategic and innovative HR Director to join us at PGMOL. This is an essential role in our transformation journey, and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of complex and high-profile projects. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

What you can expect to be involved in
You will form part of the Leadership Team to support the change programme, which will involve:

• Reviewing the PGMOL operational model concerning the way in which we engage and employ Match Officials. The objective is to create a more flexible system that enables the movement of Match Officials into and out of part-time and full-time roles within PGMOL.
• Leading the implementation of any agreed substantive changes, including heavily supporting consultations and negotiations with Match Official representative groups.
• Renewing the Performance Management framework, aligned to an evolving elite sporting environment.
• Undertaking a cultural reset to embed the attributes of a high-performance sporting system into PGMOL.
• Supporting the development of related communications (internal and external) to explain the changes, safeguarding the reputation of PGMOL and ensuring transparency and engagement.
• Providing leadership, support, and guidance to the Interim Head of HR, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Executive to support their development.
