Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Premier League football club with a unique culture that is admired across the world. Whether you’re mad about football, sports or people, we’re looking for a HR Assistant to join us during a period of maternity cover.
From the kick-off you will support the HR Team in accurately and effectively executing core HR processes. Whether responding to colleagues’ queries, producing contractual paperwork or onboarding new starters, you’ll take pride in providing the best service to the wide variety of colleagues across the whole Club.
Whilst football may not be your sport, this role is an exciting opportunity for somebody with demonstrable experience of supporting people teams alongside a strong can-do attitude; ultimately, it is your passion for delivering effective people processes that will stand you out from the crowd.
As a team we operate a hybrid working model, working flexibly across the Club’s locations in Leicester and north Leicestershire. We’re committed to exploring flexible working opportunities – we welcome full-time and part-time applications for this role.
If you’re looking for your next challenge and available for an immediate start, we’d love to hear from you.
